Not getting notifications on days its running
Doesn't work. Won't connect to meter.
Well I tried. Didn't recognise my British Gas Electric Driver tariff.so I had to uninstall.
Downloaded the app but I have not been able to connect my UHD to it. Says my address is not connected to the device which is in my house. Not sure what is going on. Please help.
App doesn't work. Fulfilment email generation doesn't complete process to access! CR(APP)!!!
Getting worse. Still get gappy data and practically no gas data in the app since 19th/feb. 😕 Used to be good, buy now find gaps in my data especially gas . Without the full picture it's usefulness is greatly reduced. Also tarrifs need more frequent updates, was February before octopus jan 2024 loyalty tarrif appeared.
Horribly slow app. Opens OK, but completely unresponsive for about 10-15 seconds (far too long) before it registers that you've pressed a button. Seems like very little to no quality control going on here. S24 Ultra user, S22 previously, same experience, so definitely app or backend issue.
