What is the minimum duration of a stay?
- There is none. Our ready to occupy homes are waiting for your arrival. Without the constraint of a duration of booking, you can reside for a day, a week, a month, or even a year or so. Our homes eagerly waiting for your House-Warming party.
Was very Good experience good service employee help alot
Biggest scammers in Bangalore. The only intention of this scamming company and the frauds who work for them is to loot their customers. If you've paid them the deposit amount, trust me you won't even get half the amount you paid. They increase the rent just by informing it through a WhatsApp message. Even if you pay the electricity and LPG bill they'll deduct it from your deposit. Also there is zero security staying in their flats/apartments. I haven't seen such irresponsible employees inmy life

Worst Experience ever ! They always find new ways to ensure that you don't get your security deposit back. You will end up hearing terms like notice period charges, electricity charges, gas charges, renovation charges etc. The worst part is that they won't pick calls, respond to the emails or even justify the deductions made.
The houses are very small and not at all ventilated. Everything is a very bare minimum and low quality. Not at all recommendable
It's extremely horrible experience here. First they would not reply to my msg or mail for 2 months and then one day send 3 men to open the door with a duplicate key. The whole issue with the house was I felt very unsafe as there was 0 cellular network, no peephole or doorbell. So even if you hear someone outside the door you can't check it or call for help. They are not even giving me my deposit back. I said there for a week and paid more than 60k :)
