The Lock themselves are good. The app is the most horrible thing, slow, and dosen't work with Alexa. The flex touch will not link to the vision connect hub, so I can only connect via wifi.
Does it's job. Locks and unlocks the doors
I have been having a lot of issues unlocking with my fingertip. I believe it was after the update. Fix it. I paid $500+
Is this a joke? I'm working through setting up a code and the instructions in the book don't match the app. So I click around and then get a step where the instructions in the app didn't match the app!! Who tested this??? I gave it two stars instead of one because it's a clean and nearly user friendly app... Until you get to where it says to click button x but there is no button x.
The app is okay. If it saved your last input of wifi or Bluetooth and if there was a widget with a button to easily hit lock/unlock, it would be deserving of another star. I've had my deadbolt for about 3-4 years on 2 different houses. There have been accessibility issues in the past where the guest code wouldn't work. Somebody actually had to break in the back door because the lock wouldn't even work remotely, which caused me to lose money from that guest and I had pay to fix the door frame.

Can't lock when I'm away from home. App gives unknown error when switching between Bluetooth and internet. Not integration to home security cameras.
