The experience is deeply unpleasant as one's account may be arbitrarily closed if you criticise the CBW committee or point out their incompetence. There is online bullying and a culture of fear. The CBWRA committee have ignored the resolution passed by residents more than 6 months ago which required a written procedure to prevent arbitrary closure of CBW app accounts. Totally bananas
