Not entirely sure about this app/ring and what it's meant to give me, but the notifications are repetitive and seem more intrusive than helpful. And the breathwork counts down and freezes at 1. If I weren't out of the return window, I'd send it back. Expensive mistake for me.
Says that does oxygen satz level at night, but does not give you a dimensional graph, meaning numbers. Doesn't always connect. Still have some issues to resolve. Can't check your own heart levels when you want to check your oxygen levels when you want to. Battery life is very good. Not for me for these reasons, so sent it back.
Easy to understand and use. Customer service works quickly to resolve any issues that do occur.
Im a new user and i noticed that the steps are not updated promptly and when updated it gives more than actual, also why the index is looked at certain time!? Im not able to open until one hour after waking up!!
I switched from Oura to the Ultrahuman and I am overall very very happy with the change. The one major complaint I have is the inability to see ranges of "good" stats. One example of this is the HRV metric. Which on one screen says "good" and another screen tells me it's "poor." I would like if they provided a range of "normal" values so that I could see what is considered a good score similar to the Oura interface.
