it has a BUG. Whenever I read an entry that i made a long time ago and i exit this entry, the list scrolls back to the top! This is INCREDIBLY inconvenient, as it requires me to get the entry that i want to read right on the first try, and it makes it impossible to do a mass review of previous writings. PLEASE fix it. Make it so that after i exit the entry, the entry i last read is at the top of my screen, not the one i last wrote!!!

Good not great. Suggestions- make the reports easier to read, including the colored faces, and ability to set the dates you are exporting. Add an affirmation widget and notifications. Issue - unable to scroll all the answer selections in the quizzes when using the app vertically. It works horizontally but that's annoying to use. I have a Oneplus 12. Latest version of the app and system OS.

I thought this would be helpful but it randomly deletes your check in issue and doesn't allow you to follow through the process. Waste of money and I regret my purchase

Paid app but they don't say that at the start. This is a mental health app. Some people's mental state might become worse after doing a questionnaire of 31 questions only to find they have to pay for it, plus the amount really isn't cheap where I'm from. Do better! If it's a paid app, say so. Mental health apps should be direct and not try the usual cunning marketing tactics.

So far, so good. My boyfriend bought the premium version for me and it was fantastic. I am giving this five stars because I really liked the interface/the way it was organized. There are many journals there that are helpful for every thought or feeling. The app really challenges you to think about alternative thoughts, it really encourages you to reflect about the day. Will change my review if ever I notice something odd.
