Customer service/support is the worst I've ever experienced. Horrible interactions with GM's RC and Ghost on telegram when trying to explain exploited game heroes, condescending attitude towards players. When changing password to protect account (s) no reset emails for several days and sometimes not at all, and many, if not all support tickets not responded to in a timely fashion. I've spent $$ thousands to be top player and now locked out of my main city. Don't purchase in game items. NW IT
