Initially tried placing and order at a Gardena location and it offered me to download the app which I did. I continued to place my order and it turns out it went to a Los Angeles location. Tried calling that location (which is what the app says should be done) even before the order was accepted, so that I can cancel because it's far from my house, however there is no answer. Called several times and nothing. Maybe there should be a way to cancel via the app. Frustrating.
