Apparently, one needs to have an account on the browser / web portal before they can use this app. The Capcha on the Web portal has been broken for the past month (and who knows how long before then?). I emailed after 3 weeks, asking that they advise the administrator. No acknowledgement. The app is effectively useless as a result 🤷🏿♂️ and there's apparently no momentum to resolve the issue.
