United StatesThe official CBP ROAM App (formerly OARS) from U.S. Customs and Border Protection allows pleasure boaters and other eligible travelers who arrive at remote locations to report their arrival online. In addition to submitting a report of arrival, pleasure boaters who are not currently enrolled in a Trusted Traveler Program, Local Boater Option, or I-68 program who are currently required to report in person may be eligible for a video inspection.

Create a trip by adding travelers, your mode of travel, your location, and contact information.
After you submit a trip, you may receive a push notification on your device to start a video chat with a CBP Officer to finish reporting your entry into the United States.
Note: In order to use this application, the Android device’s operating system needs to be Android 4.4 (KitKat) or above
The last update doesn't work on android. It logs out as soon as you have logged in. The most frustrating part is that you have to re-enter all of your passports, etc. information everything when you reinstall. All of this should be saved on the server side to avoid hours of wasted time reenerting your information. Uggg......please fix.
I just downloaded onto my Samsung S21 Ultra and used to re-enter the US after boating to Bimini. Was intuitive to use and worked as advertised. Huge time saver.
Keeps cycling through login information and does not permit accessing arrival notifications
App does not work. Will send a txt msg code, but then returns to the login page. Sends another txt msg and another, and then crashes. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but no difference.
Bug where I login and authenticate and accept terms and then it loops back to redo all those again and again. Won't actually let me into the app.
*Update to this (March 24) I can now log in but as soon as I press any button on home screen, returns to log in screen as before. Baby steps!* I've used this app in the past going from canada into the states and its worked great! However, I've been trying to log in for past few days and getting the same issue other users are experiencing- stuck in the log in loop. Everytime I try to log in it goes to "Authorization" for a quick second then says Authorization Cancelled".
This app doesn't work at all for Android. Just keeps asking you to log in again and again and again and again and again
