Broken since last update. Asks to set up a login code EVERY TIME I open the app. Login worked before. Re-installed multiple times. Please fix asap.
Every time I try to access the app it freezes. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time. Once reinstalled I then have to go through a long winded login as it fails to recognise I have an account. What good is a decent interest rate if you can't access your account?
I like the interest rate Tandem gives and the introduction of separate saving pots. But the app is dreadful.. constantly freezes, comes up with a log in error. I have to delete and re download it regularly just to log in. You can't really call yourself an instant access savings account when you make it so hard to access savings. Please sort the app out!!!!
Can't gain access to my account via the app. Very concerning for holding money in your account, and there's no other way to log in. There is no option to log into your account via the web, so for that reason, I would not recommend banking with Tandem at all!
Clunky app, doesn't open most of the time, very minimal. Only here for the interest rates really.
I cant work out what I have to do to download this app. Meanwhile I can't access my money.
Every time you log in, it asks you to create a passcode, even though it has already been done.
