Security issues, avoid this app.
Overcharged in app, then double charged. Make sure to check receipts against your credit card transactions. Opened a dispute with the bank, the bank also questioned the security of the app. Do not enter your credit card info on your account as a form of payment.
App is hard to navigate through to find closest location and there should be a points redemption history so that we can keep track of our points. For some reason all mine seem to disappear before I could redeem.
Still doesnt work well. 🤣 its a diff issue each time I try, so I stopped trying.
Have been unable to use the app to place orders for pick up or delivery for several months. Unfortunately, I can't gain points on societea for Chatime orders placed through Ubereats and Doordash. Had no issues before. Still allows me to view how many points I've accrued, though.
Unable to log in through the app. My login credentials are correct and work on the website, but not on the app. Password reset doesn't help.
Reset my pw, Uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't log in. Useless app.
