Mobile App Bug (-1 Attachments)
Unable to create message within app on Apple device. After selecting contact, an error displays “Attachments - This facility only allows -1 attachments. Please remove 1 attachment(s) before selecting this contact”. No attachment was added not can it be resolved with limited options and troubleshooting.

If yall want us to use the service make sure it works! I call the support number & can’t reach a live representative the automated system just tells me to go online so I go online but the tech support online just gives me another network error message. I hate this is the only way for us to contact our loved ones cause it doesn’t work. Please fix these issues. Bring back JPay it actually worked unlike this trash service.
Getting pretty irritated
You know what’s bad? When you constantly already have to pay a $3 fee anytime you send any amount of money yet you still can’t access the app that you’re kinda paying to use! All day I’ve tried to login to no avail. Today until around 2:00 pm it kept saying “can’t access your data. Please check your network settings and try again.” It’s NOT my settings as nothing has changed! Now when I try to login as of 7:57 pm it says “Unable to retrieve user information.” You guys need to seriously fix this as it’s quite unfair to keep charging us fees for this and fees for that yet we still can’t talk to our loved ones even after depositing money and stamps to their accounts. Come on now people , how many of the app developers want to shell out money for something useless that is unusable??!! Please either fix this or stop charging so many useless and ridiculous fees for a service that remains useless! People are getting pretty frustrated as I see by the reviews that this has already been reported numerous times over the past several months!
This app is failing
When I first started using this app it was perfect but as of today it’s been horrible honestly.At first it was saying something about my network data every time I tried to login so I deleted a lot of apps off my phone to see if it would let me login then but now it just keep saying login failure. I keep uninstalling & reinstalling this app to see if it lets me login but so far I’ve been getting the same results which is nothing. All while I have money on my account and a video visit coming soon.

the app is very useful but it is constantly having technical issues. today i’ve been kicked out every time i try to log in. sometimes when typing a message it will start glitching. i know it’s not just my phone because i have switched phones since having the app to a brand new one and it does the same thing.
