I was on snap then I went to use the bathroom came back my whole phone was banned from snap i don’t know how but I tried making a new account but it said my device was banned please fix it🙏.

Snapchat is so messy with the friends. Me and what should be my number 1 talk constantly, send pics and videos. Yet it seems after update we lose our hearts. We made it to double hearts and they took it away cuz we didn’t chat as much as usual cuz he was working. Before u all say it could be on the other persons end I watch his snap score go up and it is usually when I send him something or visa versa. I’m with him a lot and for him to be just talking still would be a lot for him to do cuz we talk a lot a lot… Once after a update it deleted our red heart and a few days later it gave the red heart back bypassing the yellow…. It’s not constant and can cause anxiety and fights with ppl.

The update is so trash. When i post something with words, it disappears and the picture ends up zoomed out. Stop fixing things that don’t needa be fixed.
