Horrible App and Charging Experience
This app constantly crashes, times out after a few seconds, locks up, and is just overall bad. There is nothing seamless about with the integration between the chargers and the app. One star is being generous.

Staying Ripken Baseball in Maryland and there are a whole bunch of Shell chargers that require this app - but the app doesn’t seem to know they are there. Nothing comes up.

At least 20% of the time the fast charger simply won’t connect. There’s some kind of error. I have never had any problem with the slow chargers, though

Signs you out the second you look away and doesn’t keep any of your login info, so you have to completely re-enter username and password every time you open the app.

2 out of the 3 charges where broken. The one that was online couldn’t start because the app cannot receive payment. You don’t want my money, fine well thanks for the VIP parking at least.

The app isn’t great. The chargers are worse. One near us is perpetually broken. Customer support rebooted it to see if that’d help. The reboot revealed the unit running an ancient version of Windows 7 Embedded, an operating system that went end of life at the start of 2020. She’ll needs to step up its work if it wants to participate in the EV charging space.

Lack of basic functionality for logging in is ridiculous. Just a renamed Volta app with no improvements.
