A little glitchy, not much to offer yet
I’m hoping this app will get better, otherwise I can’t see it being strong competition for Instagram. It definitely does give Instagram vibes before Meta killed it, but we will see where it goes. Also, I encountered a glitch where it will not let me change my name no matter what I do, despite my attempts to update it, so that’s annoying.

CanadaNeeds some work
After only 5 min of using and one post I can say that it’s a good starter app but not to the level one would wish when compared to and linked with TikTok. It resembles Pinterest in layout and instagram in posting style and that definitely has its upsides (easier to navigate and visually appealing) Downsides: the search function needs to be more refined. The lack of ability to search up specific accounts and specify what exactly you are looking for is already frustrating. Additionally, the lack of ability to add more than 5 hashtags is also frustrating. Overall if they update the app more and take into account user feedback this decent app and platform could turn into a great one
CanadaGood idea, Could be better
The idea of TikTok notes is one I really like but as of right now there’s Two major flaws. 1 there really is no user base. This is expected of new apps but Tik Tok could so easily advertise this app the increase the user base and make the app feel more alive. As of now moats posts I see are from over a month ago. 2 it feels like there’s features missing / not easy to use, that would make the app stand out and more interesting use. For example, when you start on the app you can sign in with Tik Tok and have the same bio / pfp. Why not add a featured where you can easily jump from a persons Tik Tok notes to a persons Tik Tok. I think if Tik Tok brought in a bigger user base and added a few more features the app would make a great and fun social media platform but as of now it’s simply average.

I have no idea how it works at the moment. I can see that most people have no followers, there's a lack of music, of course. But anyway, I signed up.
Canadabeyond garbage
this app has two sections. a for you feed which recommends things like photo carosels of screenshots of amazon products for your living room lol or a following feed, but the issue is even tho your tiktok account is linked to this new app, none of your followers or following transfer over so you're left to sift thru trash posts and start over. no dark mode in 2024 makes the app unuseable at night or early morning. no audio makes posts boring. no categories make it impossible to find content. lack of help or any tutorials make this app just a unpleasant experience that is nowhere close to instagram. this is a huge failure by an obnoxious company and oh ya , also imagine only leaving out canadians from the creator fund , and expecting them to fill your ripoff garbage app with content. absolute joke of a company. 1 star for sympathy
