Terrible experience. I ordered a mother's day card over a week in advance to give it plenty of time to arrive and it never did. When I talked with someone they said I would have to wait till 5 days after for them to even send out a replacement.
I ordered a card on May 7 the damn card barely shipped and still won't be here until the 23. It's a mother's day card at that point you could have refunded me and kept the damn thing .
Use Hallmark or any other services besides Ink Cards. Do not waste your time with this company. I really wanted the Mother's Day card I ordered to be delivered 2 weeks after the fact. Luckily Hallmark had plenty. You're company is compete junk.
I loved ink cards, but not any more. On the day ink cards sent me a reminder to create and send a birthday card to someone I love, I did just that. 12 days later, and the birthday past, I/they have yet to receive the card. Very disappointed. Will not take another chance with them.
Ordered a card April 30th ,I is now may 13th still no card. They take forever don't recommend.
My order was fine BUT I received an envelope in a card addressed to me and the card was NOT mine. I looked this app up on Facebook and it's a common problem. I chatted/texted (no phone # to call) and the human I texted with, said they couldn't look up what was sent to me, but was able to look up my sent order by just a name and address. So why couldn't they look up what was sent to me the same way? Won't be ordering again. Not wasting any money in the future on this company.
I have given this app so many chances. I have had late deliveries, invalid gift cards, and incorrect shipping. Unfortunately, someone did not receive their mother's day card today because it was shipped to the wrong recipient.
