Prices are definitely not cheaper than uber I got a guy I had to pay 86 dollars for who didn't speak English I said skip first stop or I'll be late and he goes anyway and a lady who had no clue where to go lyft charges me 110 dollars twice and here it is a week later I had surgery and haven't gotten my money back because why lyft won't give me my money back this is not first time lyft double charged me I'm livid I will never use them again
Told me my Tmobile phone number was not supported to sign into my account that I already have, I guess y'all hate money.
Bait and switch. If the driver can find a longer way to get to the destination, the price changes from what was approved on the app. There have been times I've done the wait and ride. If there's an available driver, it's upgraded without rider approval. Then I arrived earlier than I wanted. You can't win with this service! I'm going to PUSH myself hard to ride BUS for the summer. Lyft, you don't have a 4.9 score. You LIE!

Drivers are sketchy AF! MOST DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE PENDING FELONY CHARGES OR FELONY CONVICTIONS. WHICH MEANS YOU PROBABLY DON'T WANNA GET IN THEIR CAR.
