a streaming service where you buy what you wanna watch? what a novel concept in 2021. sarcasm aside, it's a great place to keep track of all your digital movie and show purchases. *EDIT 05/16/2024* While the service is still a wonderful breath of fresh air in the current age of subscription streaming services and what have you, should you experience any kind of outage, don't expect customer care to be helpful to any extent.
I'm unable to watch my purchased TV shows on the app. I called the Customer support line twice and the first time they just hung up on me. The second time I'm trying to get a question answered and they hung up on me again. What is Customer Services problem?
New interface is ridiculously slow and lags. Also, constant issues with the app telling me that it can't play the video I've selected due to a playback issue, even on downloaded videos.
Suddenly can't watch anything. I have 50+ movies & shows and I've tried almost half. It tells me "unable to start playback, please try again or contact fandango". I've never had this problem before is something down? I've force stopped, un-installed and restarted my phone, anything else I can do?

When I open the app a gray screen is displayed on my tablet. The app works on my phone.
It seems all they had available was movies to buy or rent. THAT'S NOT FREE
