The app used to be amazing but now unless you pay for the subscription you’re basically letting AI and software to decide how to edit your photo. Even with the free trial, the whole UI is changed to prioritize these bundled one click type editing. If you really want to get in and manually edit your photo it’s a hassle now going through the UI.

I have tried to restore my account on a new phone and apparently it must have been hacked because the app keeps telling me to use an email address that I do not recognize to restore my subscription, which I paid for (though it does list and recognize the correct email for login purposes). And of course there’s no easy way to report or contact customer service about this. I need my account restored or I will find another provider. I’ve now canceled the subscription (successfully from the correct email I created it with, I might add). Adobe needs to get its act together. Very disappointing.

Trying to load a photo to edit not all of the new photos show up. I have "All" selected, but All the photos don't show up. Especially if you Edit and Save a photo, sometimes it shows up to choose again but usually it doesn't.

0 stars I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from your apps for weeks and all it does is automatically renews. When I go in to cancel on settings then subscription it say a purchase date then renew information. I don’t even use this app. Please you’re stealing money from me.
