Do not subscribe or try the free trial. I cancelled the subscription BEFORE the trail period expired, my account has been charged THREE TIMES. IF you dare this scam of an app, SCREENSHOT when you cancel! I did and I’m still trying to get them to STOP charging my account!! After the March payment was taken from my account, I notified them. When the April payment was taken from my account, I notified them a 2nd time and screenshot the message. I attempted to login the account so I could clear any and all billing info and it logged in and said “not active” Ok, so it’s not active, they have received my message and there won’t be anymore charges. WRONG! Was billed again in May!!!! I’ve notified them every way I could! Plus I sent my bank a message stating these were FRAUDULENT charges! Update: Adam at Facetune by Lightricks refunded ONE charge, but would not refund the other two. The April charge I screenshot the message I sent stating they were NOT AUTHORIZED to charge my account 3 days after the charge! Well, now I have an email stating that they will not refund if it’s 14 days after the purchase date! 1) I notified them the SECOND time 3 days after the charge - crickets. 2) it was NOT purchased, it was a fraudulent charge!!! I have dated documentation to back all claims.

well my daughter was on this app and she wanted to erase a silly little object from her photo. She didn’t want to pay money for a trail so she got mad a throw her phone at me😡😡 and i tried to help her but I’m to broke to buy her a trial but when we thought we had a good idea to screenshot it did not work which i think is very silly. I do not recommend if you want to get a good app get an app called Remove objects.

This app kept increasing their prices and tricked everyone into thinking you got new features but it’s the same old thing that were there 3 years ago. The audacity to charge you $9.99 per week is out of line, I really do wish this company fall apart for being greedy

They have changed their terms and conditions and the app is now demanding access to ALL YOUR PHOTOS. Not limited to the ones you’re editing. So they will basically have access to everything. I have deleted this app. They ruined it.

I paid for the yearly subscription because I saw that it edits background noise out of videos. I didn’t know even with the paid subscription, I’m only allowed to edit 5 minutes of video. Even when I go on the website, it says I have no active subscription, but I know I paid and sent proof. Still no changes. I’ve logged out, deleted the app and redownloaded, and nothing has changed. This has been a waste of money and I will be getting a refund.
