canceling is not easy as they say. there is no support to help. overalll i will give them a zero if i can, oh yeah cant get into my account , the email with account dont exist. again no support do better

I’ve had a subscription to Everand/ scribd for years and always loved that I could access everything I’ve recently noticed a limit on many titles and it’s extremely frustrating. I understand that authors need to be compensated but it needs to at least be clear how this limit is reached or provide a possibility to purchase more credit.

It doesn’t remember the last thing you listened. How stupid! There could not be a worse app. There’s a reason why kindle and all its trappings are so popular - the make the basics their priority. I don’t care if you have a tab for magazines! Just save the stuff I’m reading by default!

It’s ridiculous how many times i have to quit and restart this app while reading; audio is just as bad with skipping, the way old records used to do. The service has good content but very poor delivery. And now I’m realizing that they’re actually limiting me as to what I can read when. This is false advertising. I wish there was a better place to review this, where more people could see the bait and switch. I’ve with scribed for years and never noticed anything like what’s going on with Everand.

Ive had Scribd /Everand for years. I love it! Unfortunately the app just crashes every few minutes and it's been happening for months! The only way I can keep my audio books going is by going into airplane mode and turning off the WiFi. It's so so unfortunate bc I'd love for it to work so I can stay subscribed.

I really love this app and use it all the time. Way better than most audiobook apps by far. I just wish you were clearer with what is included in each subscription level - we know it’s about rights and how many listeners/how much you can listen per payment cycle- but it needs to be clearer to the user. The user experience of simply not being able to find a book or a title that I KNOW is available, just because it’s no longer available to me during that cycle is infuriating and frustrating. Just gray it out or put a banner over it. There’s no need for titles to simply ~disappear~ when your licenses are up for the cycle. Please consider changing this. It makes me, and many of my friends who are also users very annoyed and caught off guard that the series we’re listening to or reading suddenly is gone. It’s totally understandable for titles to become unavailable due to licenses during that cycle, please just make it more clear to the users and keep the titles visible but unplayable. Thanks.
