Occassional crashes isn't really my main concern, though they do happen. I have the base (paid, $8.99) app for android and the "Hi-Res" radar reflectivity and velocity is pretty pixilated and almost unreadable. A well-designed app that would be great if the radar was better. Weather channel or Accuweather has a WAY better (higher resolution) radar display.
Google will not let me purchase the full version. I've been on the phone with them and my bank. I really like this app. I was able to purchase the $9 starter version. But Google just won't let that happen.
Too difficult to use. Just wanted a simple accurate radar to look at and I have no idea what any of this does. Complete waste of $8
Great app, love the amount of detail you can see about storms and weather setups. I'm giving 4 stars because on top of paying 9 dollars for the app, you have to pay for a monthly subscription to gain access to "Premium Features."
I'm not impressed at all with this app. For a PC it might work , but for Android, while I'm zooming in to view the exact location/town that has the bad storm or tornado 🌪️.. the graphics are horribly blurred... Making the storms look like a 5 year old drawed a mess with a pack of new crayons 😂. Even having the best version afforda you NO better graphics! At this point.. I'm not looking forward to a renewed subscription, and I'll settle just using the FREE data from storm prediction center. 🤷
The app is cool, saw it during a Ryan Hall live stream. Little laggy, but that's okay. But I was taught metrics like kph, meters, and all that. When looking at the profile settings, I can't find a setting toggle for metric and imperial.
