In order to recommend Meetup events that are hosted by local groups, we use your device's precise location (GPS and network-based).
Event chat exits immediately after you enter it. Even if ur a member of the group and rsvp. Also events show up twice when you look at events today. The app shows events multiple times in duplication. I.e let's say for Friday I scroll throw all the events that day, once I scroll to the last events the event after it is the first event. So it's duplicating the entire days worth of event. This has been going on for months. That's what eventbrite does too. Did u hire the same app engineer lol. F
App is useful for all your Meetup needs, but I will say that the load time takes quite a long time, a lot more significant and severely noticeable than other major apps.

I cannot sign up, I am getting something went wrong error. I've tried signing up with email, with Google, with the app, on the website. Disappointing.
Used to love this app, now it's very slow, buggy and expensive.
