LOST my REWARDS again!! More like Krispy Kreme STOLE my rewards....AGAIN! I had 11 of 12 dozens purchased and was due to get a free dozen after buying one more dozen. Now the reward program has changed and all I have is 100 pitiful points that won't even get you one donut! Krispy Kreme should have converted the rewards to an equivalent level of reward. This happened several years ago too. And the app is constantly buggy. Constant issues at checkout too.

This is one of the worst food apps around. Constantly signs you out. There's always an error when trying to sign back in with Facebook. How do I delete my Facebook sign in? I just want to use email and password. It give us the option for Google and Apple ID sign in. It's 2024. Get with the times.
I got our youngest grandson a KK gift card. He was so excited! So when we went for him to use it, he placed the order himself and at the window, he gave the lady his card. And she gave it back to him and I had to explain that he had some money left for another trip to KK. Now THAT made him extra happy. He can inhale 6 donuts in a matter of minutes. It's a good thing we have to drive a little to get fresh donuts but KK donuts are well worth it. NC/AC
Sucks, never works
Created account a week ago, wouldn't work to add points upon purchase. Tell me to take the receipt, add points a few hours after purchase. I try to log in to add points, says, address already in use. Duh! For me, that's why I'm trying to use it to log in! I tried: close out-reopen, uninstall-reinstall, power off phone-power back on, every variation of the steps. Can't log back in. Next day, logged in. Error in adding points, try again later. If problem persist contact customer service-by mail.
Horrible App- downloaded this app and created an account with my email, password, physical address, and birthday. Received a welcome email letting me know that I would receive a free donut. It got too late to order anything, so I waited until the next day. While trying to sign into the app using my email/ password combination it denied me. Said that the email address is already in use. Tried to use the help option but none of the options helped with my issue. Will not let me sign in
